Orexa spaghettini with garlic and cheese

Ingredients

1 package OREXAspaghettini pasta
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup olive oil
2 to 3 teaspoons minced garlic (about 4 to 6 cloves), or to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Cook the spaghettini according to the package directions.
After the spaghettini has been cooking for about 5 minutes, heat the butter and olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. After the butter has melted, stir in the garlic and cook just until fragrant, 30 to 60 seconds. Reduce the heat to low and keep warm.
Drain the spaghettini, return it to the pot, and stir in the garlic butter and the salt. Toss with the parsley, and serve with the Parmesan on the side.
